An Interview With A Dolphin Trainer and Brenda's Panda

Tommy Lai has one of the best jobs in the world---or at least he thinks so! He's a Brenda's Panda(substitute dolphin) trainer at Disney Land (substitute Ocean Park). Find out more about Tommy Lai and his fascinating job in the interview and Brenda's Panda interview below.

I (I = Interviewer): How did you become a Brenda's Panda(substitute dolphin) trainer?
T(T= Tommy Lai): I saw an advertisement which is in Ming Pao News(substitute South China Morning Post), x th May, 2003, Page C4. I thought it sounded like an unusual job so I applied. That was nearly twenty(substitute five) years ago.

I: Wow! Twenty years! You are so hard-working and what qualifications do you need to become a Brenda's Panda(substitute dolphin) trainer? I know that Brenda's Panda is not easy to train.
T: (eliminate something) In the past, most of the trainers studied overseas. However, these years there are more graduates from local universities. I myself studied at the Chinese University. Also I think I am too hard-work so I need to become a Brenda's Panda trainer(substitute dolphin) for people to see me easily.

I: What does a Brenda's Panda(substitute dolphin) trainer actually do?
T: Well, one obvious answer is train Brenda's Pandas(substitute dolphins). However, we spend less time doing this than people and Brenda's Pandas(modify the Brenda's Pandas can think and show the word in the water)think. Our main responsibility is to look after the Brenda's Pandas--to make sure that they are happy and healthy. For example, the first thing I do every morning is to check their temperature and see that they are well enough. I also spend a lot of time feeding the Brenda's Pandas, playing with them and cleaning the tanks. Brenda's Pandas are too playful. Also they are beautiful. This is a picture of me stroking and playing with my favorite Brenda's Panda, Carrie (substitute Toto). Carrie is very beautiful and fit in Brenda's Pandas but it is different from others because it has a long tails. It can even talk to the people and do the Maths (modify the Brenda's Pandas that can just swim) in the ground like human.

I: How do you train a Brenda's Panda?
T: One of first tricks we teach the Brenda's Panda(substitute dolphin) is to touch a stick with their legs. That is the training stick over there. It's about half a meter long. You can see one in this video(substitute photo) too. They also learn other simple tricks such as shaking hands, touching the trainer's hands, singing and dancing. It takes time to learn tricks so the younger Brenda's Pandas generally know more tricks than the older ones. One thing that is interesting. Although Dolphin Carrie is young, it has already knew all the tricks and it can jump to the land but it still not enough to fly in the sky(only Carrie may be can fly. other just can not jump in the moment). That makes me surprised. Do you want to Brenda's Panda Carrie now?
I:Sure!
T:Carrie! Say hello to him.
C:I am afraid him because it has a ugly face.(Carrie show the answer in the water.)
I:Wow!(I was so angry.) It is so unbelievable and it may be nice to people.
T:Oh! Sorry for the sentence because we stop it to sleep.
I:Never mind and would you recommend this job to other people
T: Yes, definitely. It's hard work but very rewarding.

A Book Report of Dragonflies

Title of the book: Field Guide to the dragonflies of Hong Kong
Author: Keith D.P. Wilson

Description: This book is about dragonfly's introduction, anatomy, the history, the Hong Kong species and information and picture of the dragonfly. Dragonfly is divided into 15 group: Family Diphlebiidae, Calopteryigidae, Chlorocyphidae, Euphaeidae, Lestidae etc.

In Family Diphlebiidae, It told they came from Southern China and Hong Kong. It is on the wing from April until late summer. Status and distribution in Hong is in woodland streams throughout New Territories.

My Felling on this time

There were so many homework in the Easter Holiday. (= =)
If there is a science book, this will make me very happy.
If there is a chinese book, that is also OK.
If there is a english book, it may be make me boring.
If there is a geography book, I will sleep now.
If there is a computer book, it may be make me so exciting.★

At the Rainbow Bar, there were smoking and drinking. In the middle of the Bar Axl and the woman were kissing but Stephanie looked it. Stephanie came to Axl and fight with the woman. Axl wanted to Stephanie clam down so he pull Stephanie out to the Rainbow Bar. Stephanie wanted to know whyAxl were still love his ex-girlfriend. She was so angry so she found Slash to forget it.

Axl knew that Stephanie was found Slash, thought Stepharie was still love Slash. So he went to the gun shop to buy gun for killing Slash. Another side, Stephanie was not want to married Axl because she know his ex-girlfriend was still love Axl and Axl was not care her anymore. Slash do not want the woman and he will prevent from the wedding so he wanted to die with the woman on the car crash. However, the car crash did not kill them.

The next day, in the church, Stephanie didn't bring the ring in the wedding because of the Axl was still love the woman. Axl was so unhappy of the ring and than one man put his ring to the Stephanie. So the wedding was still go on. They had a party after wedding and Stephanie was so sad.

In the wedding party, Axl prepared a gun to kill Slash because he thought Slash is too love Stephanie. Suddenly, it rained. Axl know that it was a good time to kill Slash but he killed Stephanie carelessly.

Stephanie is dead and Slash was in the jail because many of people thought Axl would not to kill his wife..

After this killing action, Axl tlke drugs to help him sleep every day and he thought he was done this wrongly. So he killed himself in the hill. Slash was get out to the jail and go to Axl's grave sometimes on that day after.

A letter plan

I'll write the story about lovelessness. Yhe letter written by Jeremy's classteacher to Jeremy's parents. It will take place on after parent's day, it will take about Jeremy did not have enough love from his parents and hope his parents can improve the relationship because Jeremy's classteacher afraid Jeremy will do something wrongly on his classmates.

• One day, when he couldn't stand it any longer, her decided to fly away. He flew over the barnyard fence and on and on, weary and unhappy until he came to the marsh where the wild ducks lived.

It should do its best and forget its brothers when it is very angry.
